MedicIA uses the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) — it's not WhatsApp Web or a QR code. Our assistant guides you step by step from the app, and setup usually takes a few days depending on Meta's verification. Once connected, the bot books, confirms, and answers on its own, and your front desk can take over whenever it wants.

Yes. Depending on the plan, you can have several branches (1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Clinic), each with its own schedule, services, and WhatsApp number. And if you manage more than one clinic, you can switch between them from a single login using a selector.
Reminders and messages are included in your plan's monthly quota (1,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro, 20,000 on Clinic): we don't charge you per message and they don't "run out" without warning. On Meta's side, the first 1,000 messages per month are free; above that, Meta applies its current rate directly to your account.
Yes, with no commitment. You cancel from the app and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; there are no further charges. You can export all your information whenever you want.
Yes. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, automatic daily backups, per-clinic isolation, role-based access control, and an audit log. We comply with the personal data protection laws of each LATAM country where we operate and sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) with your clinic.
Yes, and we help you do it without pausing your practice. We accept CSV/Excel files with your patients; on the Clinic plan, assisted onboarding (migration included) is on us. You won't lose your appointments or your records in the switch.
